Hi, I’m Jen, a Nutrition Therapist Master and Restorative Health Practitioner, as well as a whole food chef for over 20 years, who has been where you are.
I know how it feels when things are not right. I struggled with brain fog, bloating, always being tired, even hair loss for years. I had very little interest in sex, completely depleted. And, so I thought, was too busy to worry about being sexual anyway. That all turned around when I started making small changes to my diet and really paying attention, the bran fog started going away, my gut felt better, my hair and skin improved, and I found my missing desire. I began to feel like me again, and the deeper I dove, the better it all became!
That is why I do this work. No one should feel like their sexuality and pleasure are fleeting or don’t matter right now. If you are ready to get to the root and find out what your libido is really telling you, I’m ready to be your guide.
